Fishing Frank –

I just wanted to let you know of the outstanding experience we had recently had in your store.

My wife and I recently moved to Florida due to a job relocation.
Being smallmouth bass fishermen from Minnesota, we were in search of a little guidance and information to make the switch to saltwater fishing.
On my first visit, I had the pleasure of being helped by Robert.
I informed him of my background,
and Robert proceeded to walk my through his recommendations for rods, reels, line, tackle, and other random gear I may need.
He stated that the rod/reel combo that he recommended was out of stock,
and if I would stop by in roughly a week, they should be in,
and to bring in my tackle box to review my lures to see if there would by any crossover use for saltwater species.

Last Saturday, my wife and I went in to pick up the rod and reels.
Robert was there to assist us once again.
He proceeded to explain to me that the majority of my tackle could be used in saltwater,
and that I had at least a decent selection to choose from.
He went on to offer his opinion and experience on various pieces of gear, and whether I could use that gear now,
or wait and see if I would need it down the road.

I just wanted to let you know, on both of our visits,
Robert could not of been more informative, patient, and helpful.

It was a pleasure doing business at your store.
I can guarantee that we will be back anytime we need to restock our lure selection, get bait, or have a question answered.

Thank you,
Dale F.

Never knew where the saying started

politically correct
Now I know harry Truman one of our past Presidents
defined it.

The contents of those four telegrams below are exactly as received
at the end of the war – not a word has been added or deleted!

(1) Tokyo, Japan 0800-September 1,1945

To: President Harry S Truman
From: General D A MacArthur

Tomorrow we meet with those yellow-bellied bastards and sign the Surrender Documents, any last minute instructions?

(2) Washington, D C 1300-September 1, 1945

To: D A MacArthur
From: H S Truman

Congratulations, job well done, but you must tone down your obvious dislike of the Japanese when discussing the terms of the surrender with the press, because some of your remarks are fundamentally not politically correct!

(3) Tokyo, Japan 1630-September 1, 1945

To: H S Truman
From: D A MacArthur and C H Nimitz

Wilco Sir, but both Chester and I are somewhat confused,
exactly what does the term politically correct mean?

(4) Washington, D C 2120-September 1, 1945

To: D A MacArthur/C H Nimitz
From: H S Truman

Political Correctness is a doctrine, recently fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and promoted by a sick mainstream media,
which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a piece of shit by the clean end!

Now, with special thanks to the Truman Museum and Harry himself, you and I finally have a full understanding of what
